Who needs interaction design and why?

Many times it’s not even a medium we can grasp or hold, merely thoughts, ideas and feelings. through products, environments & experiences on an ever increasing scale. Sometimes we consider this as autonomic but in reality it’s a cognitive learning process and shapes our life in both positive and negative ways. As conscientious developers we must be aware of the individual who experiences the resulting product, environment or experience and for that, a good understanding is needed to target their needs.
